Cappella Romana Receives Creative Heights Grant

Cappella Romana is humbled and honored to receive the largest grant in its 23-year history from the Oregon Community Foundation’s Creative Heights initiative. We are in great company with twelve other excellent organizations!

From the Oregon Community Foundation:

We’re excited to announce the first recipients of OCF’s Creative Heights grants. The Creative Heights initiative is a five-year investment by OCF in arts and culture organizations around Oregon. The OCF board recently approved more than $1.1 million for the initiative in 2014, recognizing the need for arts and culture organizations throughout the state to test new ideas, stretch their creative capacity as well as provide unique opportunities for Oregonians to experience innovative arts and culture.

“Through the Creative Heights initiative, OCF is able to help arts and culture nonprofits innovate,” said Max Williams, OCF President and CEO. “We’re excited that audiences in Multnomah County and throughout Oregon will have opportunities to experience the creative power of artists in our state.”
